Arrangements for goods adjustment and inspection

Product sales will be based on customer checkout order . If any goods are purchased by other customers during the restocking period, the restocking arrangement will be automatically cancelled.

If the total number of styles to be adjusted is less than five, there will be no charge .
If the total number of styles to be swapped is more than five, a deposit of HK$50 per style will be required for the swap arrangement.
The deposit can be regarded as payment on the day of viewing the goods and is non-refundable.

Arrangements for keeping goods

Non-members:	A maximum of 3 styles can be reserved for free at a time; the retention period is up to 3 days
member:	A maximum of 5 styles can be reserved for free at a time; the retention period is up to 7 days

If the quantity exceeds the limited quantity , a deposit of HK$200 per style will be required, and the retention period will remain unchanged.

If you need to extend the storage period , you will need to pay a deposit of HK$200 per item , and the storage period will be automatically extended to seven days . The deposit can be used as payment on the day of viewing the goods and is non-refundable.

Appointment changes or overdue

· If the customer fails to see the goods on time
You can change the viewing time three days before the appointment date , free of charge .

· If you still cannot see the goods on time after the change
A deposit of HK$200 for each style is required as a deposit to reserve the goods . The retention period will be extended for seven days , otherwise the goods will be automatically transferred back to the tea room without further notice.

·Customers who have changed their reservation and still fail to see the goods on time <br>cannot enjoy the rights of free goods adjustment and free retention of goods. A handling fee of HK$50 per style will be charged for goods replacement, and a deposit of HK$200 per style will be charged for goods reservation . The handling fee is non-refundable. The deposit can be regarded as payment for the goods on the day of viewing the goods and is non-refundable.
