Cha-Tailor offers a seven-day appreciation period, calculated from the date of delivery. If there are any quality issues with the product, customers can process a return or exchange.

Customers are advised to inspect the product quality immediately upon receipt. If there are any quality defects, please feel free to contact us right away to process a return or exchange to protect your rights. Additionally, please pay attention to the following points:

  1. Returned items must be products purchased at full price. Please keep the product intact; items with missing accessories or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

  2. For returns or exchanges that are not due to quality issues, such as incorrect addresses, the buyer must pay for the round-trip shipping costs and any associated fees.


How to process a return or exchange?

Customers enjoy a seven-day appreciation period from the date of delivery, but the returned product must be in brand new condition and kept in its original packaging (the product, box, accessories, and packaging must remain intact after unboxing).

If you wish to return an item, please keep the receipt and send the item you wish to return back to our store. The store will cover the shipping costs for returns due to product defects, quality issues, or incorrect items.

Customers who need to return items for personal reasons or if the product is unsuitable must pay for the return shipping costs themselves. After an exchange, the order will no longer be eligible for the seven-day appreciation period, so please inspect the item carefully before exchanging or visit the store for an exchange.


How do I request a refund?

If there are any quality issues, the product must be returned in brand new condition and with complete packaging (the product, box, accessories, and packaging must remain intact even after unboxing).

Once we receive the item and confirm that everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method. Please do not change the refund method.


Under what circumstances are returns not accepted?

Customers have a seven-day appreciation period from the date of receipt of the product, but the following situations are not included:

1. If more than seven days have passed since the date of receipt, or if the product is a discounted item, or if the main product shows signs of use or has been used more than or close to half, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Products that are severely damaged.
