1. About tea

 

Q: Where is your tea produced? Do you pick up the goods directly at the tea garden?

Cha-Tailor's tea products are directly shipped to Hong Kong from tea gardens in Taiwan, Chaoshan and other places. The carefully selected high-quality oolong tea leaves are never mixed with tea varieties from other countries, and the quality is guaranteed.

 

Q: What is the quality of the tea? How do I preserve tea?

Cha-Tailor strives to ensure that the leaves maintain an intact one bud and two leaves shape, resulting in better quality and less tea dust when brewing, providing a high-quality tea tasting experience.

Tea leaves are most sensitive to moisture, light, and air, so please pay attention to the storage environment when keeping tea leaves. Keep them dry and store them properly.

 

Q: How much does a bag of tea weigh? Is it loose tea?

We mainly pack tea in two weights: 75g and 150g, not bulk tea. Taiwanese oolongs are sold in vacuum packaging, while Phoenix Dancong is sold in sealed packaging.

 

Q: I’m afraid that the tea I bought doesn’t suit the taste, what should I do?

We hold tea testing activities every month. Customers can participate in tea testing to understand the taste of the tea before deciding whether to purchase it. Follow our Facebook page for more tea information, and you can also inquire about tastings via WhatsApp or Facebook inbox.

 

Q: How many grams are there in the tasting pack? How many times can it be soaked?

The tasting pack includes the recommended tea of the month plus a 10-gram tasting pack of any of our teas, for a total of 20 grams.

The package comes with tea tasting reference instructions, and customers can follow the instructions to test the tea. The amount of tea we provide is enough for tea testing. If you need more tea, it is recommended to purchase 75g packaged tea.

 

2. Ordering method

 

Q: How many payment methods do you offer?

The website is equipped with a shopping platform, and customers only need to follow the normal purchasing procedures to select products and complete payment instructions.

Overseas customers can also purchase selected products through the website.
However, if the quantity purchased is larger or heavier, please contact us first to calculate the most appropriate shipping fee, otherwise the order content may be inaccurate.

 

Q: Which express company will you use in Hong Kong? How to calculate shipping cost?

We always use SF Express to ship tastings and products. After sending the package, we will notify the customer of the waybill number via Facebook inbox or WhatsApp.

Tasting: Shipping fee is payable on delivery and is the responsibility of the customer.

If the purchase amount is less than HK500: shipping fee is payable on delivery and is the responsibility of the customer.

Purchase over HK500: Free shipping to SF Express pick-up point.

*A surcharge of HK$20-$30 will be charged for remote areas or residences

 

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, cash on delivery payment method is not currently available.

 

Q: How long will it take for the goods to be shipped after payment?

When we receive the customer's payment notification, we will ship the goods within 2-5 working days. If it falls on a public holiday, the shipping and arrival time will be postponed.

 

3. Precautions

 

Q: I find that I bought the wrong tea/the packaging of the tea is damaged/the tea has gone bad, what should I do?

We provide a seven-day appreciation period: calculated from the date of arrival. As long as the product is in good condition and does not affect secondary sales, customers can contact customer service to confirm receipt and arrange returns and exchanges. If there is no quality problem, we will not bear the return shipping fee.

 

Q: Can the cash coupons in the package be used at the same time as the discounts of the month?

Cash coupons in the package cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
