Twenty years ago, the trend of Oolong tea in Taiwan was at its peak.

Tea was an essential item on the tables of businesspeople.

Dong Ding Oolong tea once adorned the social gatherings of an elderly gentleman, accompanying him through his youthful years in the workplace. This cup of tea is a memory of the 1990s.

Twenty years later, he decided to rediscover the taste of those days. Thus, he led two fresh newcomers in the workplace on a journey to find tea.

We traveled through various tea plantations in Taiwan, driven by a desire to reclaim memories from the past. We sought to rediscover the "Oolong Tea" that belonged to the last century.
