Tea utensil used: 120cc thick covered bowl (it is better to use a purple clay teapot for brewing)

Amount of tea added: 7.5 grams

Boil the water in the water boiler to 100°C, pour water at fixed points, open the lid and wake up the tea for 25 seconds. After washing the tea, pour water at the same fixed points and start steeping. Steep 1-3 for 15 seconds to make the soup, and then the soup can be made in 20-30 seconds.

Taste: The top note is unexpectedly soft and sweet, and it is soft in the mouth. The sweetness in the middle note dissipates and turns into a strong aftertaste, domineering, and you can taste the slight bitterness of Lao Man'e, but it quickly turns into a moist and refreshing feeling. The lingering aftertaste reveals bursts of sweet floral aroma, the taste is delicate and ever-changing, first soft and then hard, and the aftertaste returns to soft and pure.

The difference between Laoman'e's sweet tea and bitter tea mainly lies in the speed of sweetness recovery. Sweet tea is more palatable, while bitter tea has more advantages in the later transformation.

Characteristics of tea flavor: The flavor of tea is varied, ranging from a slightly softer side to the domineering personality of Menghai Lao Man'e. The transition between sweetness and bitterness gives the tea a distinct personality, rich taste, lingering fragrance after long brewing, and resistance to brewing.

Tea soup taste: The tea soup has a fresh taste, and the low-temperature brewing makes the tea more fresh and sweet.

2. Origin of origin

Laoman'e is located in the center of Brown Mountain in Menghai, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Its altitude is slightly lower than Laobanzhang, and it is hot and humid all year round. Laoman'e Natural Village is affiliated to the administrative village of Banzhang Village Committee, Brownshan Township, Menghai County, Yunnan Province, and is a mountainous area. It is located in the northeast of Brown Mountain Township, 16 kilometers away from the Brown Mountain Township Government.

3. Production process

Pu'er tea is made from the fresh leaves of the Yunnan large-leaf tea tree, which requires processes such as greening, rolling, and sun-drying. After the tea leaves are picked and fermented naturally, the nature of the tea is more irritating. After being stored for many years, the nature of the tea will become milder.
