[Strong Square Weapon Master] Zhang Haiyan was born in Suzhou, Anhui Province in 1982. In 2004, she came to Dingshu Town, Yixing with her husband, and was introduced by an acquaintance to Yuan Xiaoqiang, a powerful master of Fangyuantang. Good at making all-handmade square ware and ribbed ware. He is a low-key and kind person, his works are grand and vigorous, and he is sophisticated and powerful. He is a powerful master with potential.

[Teacher: Yuan Xiaoqiang] Yuan Xiaoqiang was born in a family of Yixing pottery artists in 1973. He was awarded the National Work Award in 2017. He is an outstanding pottery artist of the young and middle-aged generation and an outstanding inheritor of Yixing purple sand pottery. The elder brother is Yuan Guoqiang, a senior engineer in 2013, who was personally taught by Master He Daohong. In 1988, he entered Yixing Zisha Craft Factory and became a disciple of Ding Yaping. In 1997, he entered the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts for further studies and received guidance from Xu Hantang, a master of arts and crafts.
