He is good at hand-made light-element vessels, and is good at expressing the ancient charm and simplicity of pots. In May 2017, he was hired by Liyong Zisha Pottery after many rounds of selection and was officially signed as the company's craftsman.

[Study] Qian Xiaojun, born in 1975, is a national arts and crafts artist. He started his art career in the 1990s and studied under Mr. Ni Shunsheng, a senior arts and crafts artist. The products produced are exquisite in workmanship and have smooth lines, especially the plain ones, which are exquisite and elegant in workmanship and are deeply loved by pot art enthusiasts.
