Boil the water in the water boiler to 100°C, pour water at fixed points, open the lid and wake up the tea for 25 seconds. After washing the tea, pour water at the same fixed points and start steeping. Steep 1-3 for 15 seconds to make the soup, and then the soup can be made in 20-30 seconds.

Taste: The tea soup is neither bitter nor astringent in the mouth, with a melodious and comfortable fragrance of flowers and fruits. The middle note is sweet and refreshing, and the tea flavor begins to appear, gradually revealing the mountain and wild charm of Yiwu, with a lively and fresh character. The aftertaste is sweet, the tea taste and aroma are long-lasting, the overall feeling is relatively fresh, there is a slight sense of coolness, and the layering is rich.

Characteristics of tea flavor: The flavor of tea is both strong and soft. The fresh fruity tea aroma is combined with the thick and powerful tea flavor. The two balance each other. It is an all-round raw tea. It uses ancient tree tea cyanine as raw material, so it has rich flavor, moderate sweetness and no irritation.

2. Origin of origin

Mangsheqing is located in Miaojiuzhai, Yao Autonomous Township, Yao District, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna. Like Tongqing River, it does not belong to Yiwu Township administratively, but it is close to Yiwu, with a straight-line distance of 30 kilometers. We are also accustomed to calling Yiwu Mangsheqing Qing.

Boangjiqing is 1,400 meters above sea level, with a year-round temperature of around 19 degrees and high virgin forest coverage, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees. Mangsheqing is a tea farm that was discovered relatively late. The road to Mangsheqing is the same as Tongqing River. You have to cross the river and climb mountains. There is a section of the road that takes an hour to walk along the Mangsheqing River, which is also very difficult.

3. Production process

Pu'er tea is made from the fresh leaves of the Yunnan large-leaf tea tree, which requires processes such as greening, rolling, and sun-drying. After the tea leaves are picked and fermented naturally, the nature of the tea is more irritating. After being stored for many years, the nature of the tea will become milder.
