[Son of direct line, potential rising star] Xie Junqian, born in 1989, is a national-level assistant arts and crafts artist. He studied under his mother Xia Ruijuan, and was inspired by his grandfather Xu Yunchao. Later, through his mother's words and deeds, and years of hard practice, he established a solid basic pot-making skill. Teacher Xie Junqian constantly summed up the pot-making experience of his predecessors, and was taught skills by his master Gu Daorong, a master of ceramic art in Jiangsu Province. He learned from the best of others. While inheriting the tradition, he thought and developed his own unique creations. He soon became a rising star in the pot-making industry.
