Follow the editor to choose a pot! Making tea at home and drinking it alone is easy

Making tea can relax your body and mind, and enjoy the quiet time on vacation with a cup of good tea. As a person who lives alone, the editor has summarized three suggestions for choosing a pot. If there are not many people in the family, you can try to choose a pot according to the editor's suggestions~

Guidelines for choosing a pot for living alone/small families:

[Medium and sketches come first]

Before considering the pot model, you must first consider the capacity. A teapot that is too large requires more tea leaves to brew, and it will also be difficult to drink the tea. Usually, the capacity of a teapot suitable for one person is about 120-150cc, which is just enough for tasting good tea, and the remaining amount is used as a brewing teapot. The golden capacity suitable for small families is 150-200cc, which is probably enough for 3-4 people.

Once you understand the teapot capacity that suits you, you can choose the teapot that suits you based on the style of the teapot and the characteristics of the tea.

Pear shape: the best partner for oolong/rock tea

The pear-shaped pot belly is round and large, and the spout narrows upward. This pot shape helps the tea to condense the aroma. It is a natural match for green tea! Pear-shaped pots are also common in medium and small pots, and are very suitable for drinking and brewing alone.

The craftsmanship details that you need to pay attention to when buying pear-shaped teapots are the craftsmanship of the teapot lid. The craftsman must be familiar with the shrinkage ratio of the clay material, and it is not easy to make the transition between the lid and spout smooth. Sometimes we will vaguely see a circle of marks near the mouth of the pot. Those are the marks of the craftsman's precision work, which is one of the characteristics of the handcraft!

Junde: Unexpected surprise with Dancong

Fenghuang Dancong also belongs to the green tea category. The pear shape is suitable, but many tea drinkers report that occasionally the tea will spill out of the teapot because the branches and leaves are too long. The editor recommends trying Junde, because the teapot and the pear shape both have a wide ampulla, enough space for the tea leaves to relax. Although the spout narrows upward, it is wider than the pear shape, so it is relatively easy to put the tea leaves in.

Junde's pot lids are flatter than the pear shape, and the overall emphasis is on the beauty of lines, balancing the beauty of softness and neatness. The specialty of Phoenix Dancong is that it has a variety of aromas. The red clay material can bring out the aroma of tea, and the brewing effect can bring you a lot of surprises.

Gaoxianyuan: A sharp tool for the fragrance of raw Pu’er tea

Have you ever tried brewing Sengpu with Zhu Ni? Then give it a try! Zhuni is not limited to brewing green tea. The aroma of the new year’s Shengpu tea is in the floral stage. When brewed in a Zhuni pot, the floral aroma will be more apparent!

The round body of the teapot is taller. When brewing ancient tree Pu'er loose tea, the tea leaves will not be broken and the flavor of the tea leaves can be well preserved. The high-line round spout has a single-bay flow. Compared with the pear-shaped and Junde-shaped three-bay spout, the water flows out faster. It is best for brewing teas that require clear soup, such as Shengpu.
