Performance analysis of two tea products

The mellow honey orchid has a sense of layering, while the alpine honey orchid is generally thin.

The two tea products performed well, but overall the mellow honey orchid performed better, which is also in line with the characteristics of the honey orchid single cluster.

The mellow honey orchid dried tea leaves are firm and thick. After soaking, the bottom of the leaves is intact and the reddish part is even, indicating that the fermentation degree is sufficient.

The aroma of mellow honey orchid is also high, but its aroma is calm, with a strong honey-fruit aroma, which is comfortable and pleasant, and the aroma is long-lasting. You can still smell the faint honey-fruit sweetness after 8 brews.

The tea soup is amber in color, clear and oily. The taste is thick, and the smoothness of the tea soup remains the more times you brew it. The overall flavor of the tea is strong, with an outstanding sweet aftertaste and a lingering mellow flavor. After 7 infusions, the tea flavor begins to fade, but the tea flavor is still there. After 10 infusions, the tea soup will turn into a sweetness like honey water, which will disappear after 12 infusions.

The foam resistance is excellent, the color starts to change after 5 bubbles, and the taste gradually fades after 10 bubbles.

(From left to right are the 1st, 5th, 10th and 15th tea soups respectively.)

(The overall feeling of mellow honey orchid is thicker, with a sweet fruity aroma, and the taste and foam resistance are also better.)

As for the dry tea leaves of Alpine Honey Orchid , they are looser, less uniform in color, and occasionally have dead leaves. After steeping, the redness of the tea leaves at the bottom of the tea is uneven and only appears on the edge of the leaves, indicating that the degree of fermentation is insufficient.

The aroma of the tea is high, but relatively light, similar to the fragrance of jasmine, and lacks the unique honey-fruit aroma of honey orchid. Moreover, the tea aroma is not maintained very well, and the aroma begins to dissipate around the 6th brew.

The color of the tea soup is bright yellow amber. The light color of the tea soup also proves that the degree of fermentation is insufficient, between light to moderate fermentation. Although the tea soup is smooth but slightly thin in taste. In terms of taste, the Alpine Honey Orchid has a strong tea flavor when first brewed, but it dissipates easily, lacks aftertaste, and has a slightly short throat note. The tea flavor completely dissipates by the 8th brew, which is a pity.

The foaming resistance is medium. The taste starts to become lighter and the texture becomes thinner after the 4th time of foaming. The color starts to change after the 5th time of foaming.

(From left to right are the 1st, 5th, 10th and 15th tea soups respectively.)

(The performance of Alpine Honey Orchid is average. The color of the soup has obviously become lighter at the 10th soaking time, and the soaking resistance is not high.)

It can be seen that the tea quality, taste and brewing resistance of Mellow Honey Orchid are better than those of Alpine Honey Orchid, and it is well deserved to win in this evaluation.

The above are the results of our evaluation with other brands of honey orchid fragrance. As a consumer, you must know how to compare products on the market, and also know how to choose good tea with good quality and reasonable price.
